Attention for charge and discharge of Li-polymer battery：
 Charge：
1)Charge current and charge voltage can’t be over the following standard,Or it may create destroy to the capability of discharge ,engine,and safe, so as to overheat and leak out.
2) Unsound mechanical stability and security may lead to problem of heat and leaking.
3) The charger of the battery should be charged with constant current and constant voltage.
4) The charge current of the cell should be less than 1C5A when charge.
5) The Temperature should be 0~+45℃ when charge
6) The voltage can’t be over 4.23V when charge
Discharge
1)The discharge current can’t be over the following standard.
2)The discharge current of the cell should be less than 2C5A.
3)The Temperature should be-20~+60℃ when discharge.
4)The voltage of cell can’t be less than 2.75V when discharge.
Overdischarge
1)The cell may happen overdischarge situation because of the self-discharge ,due to the cell didn’t be used for long time. The cell should be charged scheduled time and maintain the voltage over 3.0V to avoid the overdischarge. Overdischarge will create the missing of capability.
2) The cell can’t be overdischaged under 2.5V.
3)Qualified PCB is required in using.
Pay attention to the following defending measures in order to avoid the leak out ,overheat and explosion.
1)Don’t disconnect the cell under any situation.
2)Don’t put the cell into water or sea, be affected with damp.
3)Don’t put the cell besides the heat source such as fire ,heater and so on.
4)Don’t heat up the cell or put into fire.
5)Don’t weld the cells together directly.
6)Don’t charge the cell beside the fire or very hot environment.
7)Don’t put the cell into micro-wave oven or high pressure container.
8) Don’t use or put the cell under high temperature(such as sunshine or hot car) ,or it will lead to overheat, fire or function decay, cycle lower.
| Don’t use the broken cell(such as broken plastic envelop,broken shell ,electrolyte leak out).If the cell was electrolyte leak out or the odor of the electrolyte can be smelled,the cell should be far away from the the fire source to avoid the fire or explosion. |
